This is a very good product; performs as anticipated for sharpening chain saw chains like the pros do. My suggestions are that the directions are not as complete, clear, and easy to follow as they should be. I called the Oregon service center twice for clarification. In fact, there has been a change in one spec that the second technician passed on to me. This should have been included with the sharpener. Both service technicians that I spoke with were knowledgeable, happy to help and professional.
The second suggestion is that Oregon should provide a crossover file that lists chains saw models and settings for same.

So far so good. I've sharpened 10 chains so far and they have all worked very well.
Great product. High quality.
I have used the Oregon Hydraulic Bench-Mounted Grinder for several weeks and I am very satisfied, it works great.
